Following a positve announcement from the prime minister last week in regard to setting out a road map for the return to normality, we are happy to have some positive news on the future of the events industry.

However, following a full review & continued cooperation with the Local Authority, event partners and key industry leaders, we have made what we know, and feel is the right decision to move Connected Festival to our pre-advertised 2nd fallback date on the MAYDAY bank holiday – Sat 30 Apr & Sun 01 May 2022

As previously stated, the team at Connected want to be as upfront and honest with you as possible, with not only what we are doing but why we are doing it too. Our primary focus has been to ensure that Connected Festival WILL RETURN TO LYDD, as safely as possible, Whilst the roadmap was a step in the right direction, we are much more confident in being able to bring you a BIGGER & BETTER event in MAY at a time where we feel more assured & more importantly, we will be allowed to run without any kind of disruption or restrictions.

Finally, we have always pledged to work with the events industry and festivals alike, especially following the impact that COVID has had on all of us. Having looked at the festival schedule at the end of the summer, the step to move out of this heavily congested period to May is a NO BRAINER. We would rather YOU our customers, get to enjoy both our event and events alike (LIKE WE WOULD!) instead of having to choose between them.

The move to May has also allowed us to improve what already is a fantastic line up and we are extremely excited to bring these acts to our stages and kick off what will surely be an EPIC Summer in 2022 with Connected leading the way! Trust us! you will not be disappointed!

Finally, we hope you are all staying safe & look forward to seeing you again ASAP! Our OFFICIAL RELAUNCH will be announced later this month. In the meantime, if you do have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to respond personally to every single enquiry.
